If something went wrong with your order within the pre-ordering stage, for example,

  • We promised we would get you something by confirming your order but then couldn’t make it available to you, we will give you a straight refund in the form of a bank transfer
  • Out of 5 things you ordered, 3 were available and 2 weren’t, we are going to make a straight refund amounting to the value of the unavailable items

If something went wrong with the order after our confirmation during the ordering process, say for example,

  • The received item has expired – we will give you a straight refund, dependent on invoice and/or order-related proof that the item was bought from us and photographic evidence of the expiry. We encourage that all such checks are made upon delivery, while the delivery rider is still present
  • The received item was damaged during the delivery process – we will again give you a straight refund contingent upon the original invoice presentation and photographic evidence of the damage. We encourage that all such checks are made upon delivery, while the delivery rider is still present
  • The item was fine but there was a challenge with the size or fit (in the case of apparel), the same terms and conditions would apply as in the physical store of the seller. You can take the original invoice to a branch of the seller nearby and get the product returned if it meets the return/exchange conditions levied by the seller
  • If there was an alleged, palpable difference between the product shown on the webpage and the product received, we will examine the situation on a case-by-case basis before issuing the refund. In the cases where a refund is eligible, we will make a bank transfer within 72 working hours.
